Designed to accommodate 6 Individual Families, this private villa complex was designed to create a visual story of a singular building from the exterior. The various masses, roof pitches, linking archways, and typical window types, created an authentic yet modern approach to Dream Villa styled around the Italian Architectural Vernacular.

Individually, each house, has its own self-contained living arrangement designed around the specific brief of the individual family requirements. Romance, security, warmth and family living were the driving design elements for this 3,000 SqM project.
