What was a plot of land for a single residence, ZAD Development and Carbon created a scheme that accommodated 10 – Three Bedroom Beach Houses.

Each Unit being designed as a Double High Volumes, by stacking and stepping back each unit, we created a series of elegant portals, marching across the site, giving each resident stunning elevated views over the Red Sea and infinity pool below.
