In 2010, Kuati opened it first retail boutique in a 600sqm, 2 floor unit in the charmingly exclusive area of Shepherd Market in Mayfair London. Carbon adapted the on-line brand into a physical retail space that would cater to Kuati’s ever changing season offer of beautiful gifts and lifestyle accessories.

The challenge for Carbon was to allow Freestanding furniture arrangements that reflected the Kuati brand and lifestyle, but incorporating smart/flexible retail systems and storage that would allow of capacity, flexibility and creativity from the shop staff.

Carbon also provided back office space, storage and other critical operational staff requirements. From Design to Completion the project lasted 4 months on a tight budget of just £40k.
