On a sloping site overlooking the Atlantic Ocean, Carbon was approached to design Executive Flats for corporate rentals with a luxury penthouse for the owner/developer and his family, in Dakar Senegal . Designed as a series of floating pavillions, the facade wraps to create varying solar fins that reflect the need for privacy facing the street.
The owners Penthouse, has double height living spaces and sunken dining areas, deeper recesses of the outside terraces and multiple views for overlooking an infinity lap pool perched on 4th floor.
