ZAD Development and Carbon worked together to study an alternative scheme for the feasibility of a residential compound that was to support an existing charitable foundation for the hearing impaired.
What was originally a scheme for 12 Villas, the scheme produced for the compound created 22, three level townhouses, with underground parking and a linear garden, swimming pool and central community space. In the end, the potential was to maximize the financial return of the property in order to assist in the on going care of the charitable foundation.
